Not included
* Fuel: The client receives the car full of petrol and must return the car empty. no refund on unused petrol. bookings of 3 days or less: we credit the client's credit card with the equivalent value of the fuel left in the tank.
* Baby seats: 3.00 euros per day maximum charge 36 euros per rental
* Additional drivers: 2€ per day. max. charge 20 euros per driver – per rental
* One way rentals: 25 euros for all one-way rentals of less than 7 days. rentals of 7 days or longer will still be free of charge
* A credit card number is needed to pick up your car.
* There is a minimum rental period of 3 days.
* The insurance is fully comprehensive, but tyres, wheels, lost keys, undercarriage and interior of car are not covered under insurance. in case of damage the hirer is liable for such items. we offer an additional insurance to cover windows, tyres and wheels of: 3 euros per day (minimum 9 euros). maximum charge: 36 euros per rental (tax included)
* An extra charge will be applied if special cleaning of the car is required. (minumum charge 30 euros)
* Late return will be penalised: 20 euros per day + daily rental rate (if not properly extended)
* Young driver surcharge (obligatory for 21-24 years old): 2 euros per day (vat included). maximum charge 28 euros per rental.
* The customers who have held the driving license for less than 4 years will have to pay a fee of 2€ per day (tax included) with a maximum charge of 28€ per rental.
* If clients wish to take cars to the south of france or andorra (only clients who arrive at gerona or reus airport), we allow them to do so, but we will charge the clients an additional insurance of 8.00 euros per day with a maximum charge of 50 euros per rental.
* We allow a 2-hour grace period when returning your car, after that period we will charge One day extra.
